Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

See table at bottom of this page to find the country/area and the corresponding pricing and estimated shipping times.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

As our delivery partner Royal mail operates in UK & Northern Ireland, international orders will be handed over to delivery partners in your area. Tracking will allow you to follow who the parcel ahs been handed to. E.g. to Republic of Ireland parcels are generally handed over the An-Post.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders within the UK and EU union are not suceptible to any custom duties.

The Northern Ireland Protocol generally ensures free movement of goods between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (and the wider EU) but introduces checks and controls on goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. 

In these checks, a very small number of items may be flagged for customs duties, due to error with the postal carriers. If you have been asked to cover customs charges by the courier. Please contact us and we will help resolve it.

If your order has been subject to this, please reach out to us by e-mail (contact@noord.store )or phone (+44 (0) 7576677492). Even if you have already paid the custom charges, we can often get you a refund for these charges as the carrier would be at fault for charging these.

In the rare case that this happens, the custom charges will be returned after making a claim with the courier. We will guide you through the claims process.

NOORD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders outside the UK and EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and lost items

We want to provide you with the best products and service, in case your item arrives damaged, accidents happen, we will resolve it for you.

First of we will try to resolve it with the courier.  NOORD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. After the claim is processed, we will ship out your order again where deemed necessary to make sure you get the products you ordered in functional condition.

Please contact us at contact@noord.store for help with your claim. In most cases we are able to replace the product in a timely manner.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide and are excited to see our products land in so many countries. If you are at checkout and find that your specific country is not included, please reach out to contact@noord.store and we will do our best to add your area to your shipping zones.
