Refund policy
We have a 90-day money back guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@noord.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [81 creamery road, Coleraine, BT52 2NE, Northern Ireland (UK)]
Please wait for confirmation from us before shipping the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for return labels are not covered by NOORD.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must not show signs of misuse or neglect. For example, wearing socks without footwear that has lead to punctures from sharp objects may void the 90-day guarantee.
To be eligble for the 90-day money back guarantee, you will have to provide a reason for the return and why you are dissatisfied with the product. In the case such reasons can't be provided a standard 30 day return window applies instead and we request in such cases that the products are unused and remain in original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Follow the returns process and mention to us to which item you would like it exchanged!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
