Too long, don't want to read - There has to be some wizardry in these socks! So impressed and chuffed with my purchase!! 100% recommend The details! (Gonna try to cover all bases, there is so much to say! ) First thoughts - they feel a bit different from normal socks but, as someone who can have some clothing sensory issues, I'm happy to report that these caused none! Feel a bit different when you initially put them on, but then popped my walking boots on and promptly forgot I was wearing anything different than normal! I have worn these on two different days in my walking boots so far, once by themselves and once with a thin pair of socks under them. Both days, after wearing them for a full day walking about doing survey work, my feet did not feel uncomfortable or sweaty at all, very impressed! But to the main feature - THESE MUST BE WIZARD SOCKS! As it's been so cold in NI, most water I could find was frozen, so being keen to test them I headed to the bath, filled it with enough water to cover my feet, got in and waddled about in the small space for at least 15 minutes. I wore a pale pair of socks underneath that would show any damp spots, and there was NOTHING! No water coming through at all, insides of the socks completely dry, I honestly am so blown away as I was naturally a little sceptical, but all doubts have been removed! Completely waterproof, 100% recommend to anyone who spends time in wet environments and enjoys nice dry feet (so basically everyone surely!)
